Sophie Pickering

Sophie trained at Northbrook College gaining a B.A Hons inTheatre Arts. Her training at Northbrook enabled her to go on and secure a place on the Postgraduate course at Mountview. After graduating Sophie embarked on 3 years of adventures at sea between Seabourn and Regent Cruise lines and had the opportunity to be in some incredible shows. Sophie then moved back to the UK and was in a wedding and corporate band for 5 years as well as working as a solo vocalist. She is currently in a Motown trio as a dep singer which works around her young family, and works as a TA in a school where she also gets to create the school's musical productions. Sophie looks back at her time at Northbrook and with Kompact Theatre so fondly and feels she wouldn't be where she is today without it.
